3 Skincare Products I Can't Live Without

Sunday, 28 June 2015

There's nothing more exciting than trying out new beauty products and buying what's new on the market, but there are 3 products that have been a staple of mine these past few years. These are all skincare products as it is nearly impossible for me to stick to using certain makeup products because I have a lot and I try my best to use them all. After a few years using them I can say that these are all great (hence why I haven't stopped using them and I'm not planning to replace them anytime soon) and they work really, really well on me. I honestly think I will keep repurchasing them forever!

The first one would be the Embryolisse Lait-Creme Concentre. I have raved about this product here so you must have already known how much I love this moisturizer. This thing works really well as a primer under makeup and I use this pretty much 24/7 because it is that amazing. This may be too thick for some people to use during the day but even for me who has combination skin plus having to live in a very humid country I have no problem with it at all. It leaves your skin feeling supple and nourished. The only downside would be this product is unavailable in the country.
For my acnes, blemishes and all that jazz I dab The Body Shop Tea Tree Oil on them at night. It calms the redness/inflammation immediately and you can see progress every single day. I have heard that this product does not work on everyone but it's worth giving a try! Nothing helps my skin like this does. Literally this helps with every single troubled area I have for the past 3-4 years. I don't intend on looking for anything "better" because even after so long I haven't felt like I needed to. If this works for you, you will love it endlessly.
Bioderma Sensibio h2o micellar water is the product I use to remove my makeup for the past 3 years. I am so thrilled to have this in my country after having to buy several bottles at a time everytime I travel. I always have backups of this in various sizes. This does not dry out my skin at all and removing makeup has never been so easy. However, it cannot remove waterproof formulas so you need oil-based remover for that (I am currently using one from Sephora). This one's intended for sensitive skin so it is gentle despite being so effective. You need micellar water if you regularly wear makeup like I do!

Much love,
